精通中英雙語，尤其擅長學術(shù)語言的中譯英；
英語母語國家的外籍華人或留學人員，畢業(yè)或就職于高校和科研院所；
博士學位，20年科研經(jīng)驗，發(fā)表過10篇以上SCI/EI文章，10年以上SCI審稿經(jīng)驗。

編輯淘汰制度
艾德思對每一位編輯建立檔案庫，對每一篇經(jīng)由編輯修改過的文章做質(zhì)量追蹤，設(shè)立編輯淘汰制度：
（1）由該編輯修改過的文章有一次因為英語水平問題被學術(shù)雜志拒絕發(fā)表；
（2）由該編輯修改過的文章有一次被客戶投訴并經(jīng)證實存在嚴重質(zhì)量問題；符合以上任意一條的編輯，都將被取消與艾德思的合作資格。因此，只有保持進取心和責任心，在專業(yè)水準上不斷要求進步的編輯，才是艾德思編輯團隊的一員。
編輯團隊的工作流程
01
所有文稿首先按照主體領(lǐng)域分類，劃分到不同的學科組
02
由學科組負責人初審文稿，劃分子領(lǐng)域，并委派具有相關(guān)學術(shù)和工作背景的資深編輯開始對文稿進行深入修改
03
文稿修改完畢，返回學科組負責人復閱，簽字，如有異議，返回編輯做再次修改
文章質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)
艾德思的服務(wù)以質(zhì)量為核心，承諾為客戶提供最優(yōu)的服務(wù)
（1）采取編輯負責制。每位編輯對其修改的文稿負責到底，直至通過學科負責人復審；
（2）由學科負責人，文稿責任編輯，相關(guān)子領(lǐng)域編輯，及公司負責人組成質(zhì)量管理團隊對文稿的質(zhì)量保證負責；
（3）多次遭到客戶投訴或服務(wù)質(zhì)量不能令客戶滿意的編輯，經(jīng)由質(zhì)量管理團隊裁決，取消與艾德思的合作資格。
